-- Josh Hinds,

When searching for the right words to sum up a quality
practitioner like Brad Yates, I felt that Josh Hinds said it best.
Brad truly is on the cutting edge of healing the mind, body and spirit.
I find his rendering of EFT to be the most useful and thorough technique
available. I am putting the spotlight on
eTappings because I think these tools are an awesome way to get started with
EFT. Brad also has an eBook entitled "The Key To Success".

EFT
eTappings
Probably one of the most common concerns that come along with
the initial efforts to use Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is “getting it
right”. Although EFT is a simple
but powerful procedure that anyone can perform on himself or herself, many
people find it difficult to get started.
They may struggle with what to say, what kind of set-up phrase to use.
Others worry that they are tapping on the wrong points, or tapping to
quickly or slowly. This is where Brad Yates’ eTappings become an invaluable
tool for newcomers to EFT.
Brad’s eTapping sessions have two components.
First there are rounds for clearing the negative feelings, and then a
second segment with rounds for enhancing positive feelings and emotions around
the subject you are tapping on. My
first experience with tapping actually came about by listening to a
teleconference hosted by Brad and Bob Doyle on “The Dark
Side of the Law of Attraction”. Brad
actually walks you through 3 different tapping sessions for clearing the bad
feelings that keep us from attracting good things into our lives.
One of the things that I discovered, which Bob and Brad both say all
the time, is that it is best to tap along even if you don’t think the
topic applies to you.

There are quite a few topics that Brad has pre-recorded
eTappings to guide you through the process.
Some examples are:
|
 |
Feeling unworthy/I am worthy and deserving
|
 |
Stress/I feel calm
|
 |
Anger/Forgiveness
|
 |
Food craving/I choose to be healthy
|
 |
Loneliness/I feel joyfully connected
|
 |
Fear of flying/Flying comfort
|
 |
Fear of failure/Feeling confident
|
 |
Money is bad/Allowing abundance
|
 |
Fear of public speaking/Speaking confidence
|
 |
Insomnia/Sleep ease
...and many others. For a complete

eTappings will help you become more comfortable with the
tapping process, so that you will find yourself naturally discovering the right
words for each round. I find that I
can use the sessions over and over for different issues.
Brad also offers a free sample eTapping session on his site.
